Classes

 

Neti Neti is wonderfully described by Michelangelo "as in every block of marble I see a statue as plain as though it stood before me, shaped and perfect in attitude and action. I have only to hew away the rough walls that hid the lovely apparition to reveal it to the other eyes as mine see it"

 

Just as we have to first peal an orange to taste its juice. By pealing away all forms one by one we can taste the nectar of the fasinating formless.

 

The free meditation classes are suitable for all (beginners are welcome). The classes are held in Wednesbury and Cannock.

 

The classes involve a short introduction, a guided meditation and reflection on the meditation. 

 

Neti Neti meditation is rare and is practised by very few people. It is the most ancient meditative pracitice in the world and descibed as the most rewarding.
